OpenSSL Technical Committee
The OpenSSL Technical Committee represents the official technical voice of the project. All OTC decisions are taken on the basis of a vote.
Minutes of the OTC meetings are published on Github, alongside past votes, approved technical policies, as well as draft policies under discussion.
One of the tools through which the OTC steers the project on technical matters is through raising and discussing “OTC holds” on incoming issues and pull-requests.
